10 Don'ts of Selling Reprint and Resell Right-able Products in the Internet!

Written by Daryl Chin

1) Do not know what are your "Rights"! Have slight idea of what are your "Rights"! Do not differential clearly what arerepparttar Exclusive Right, Master Right, Reprint Right, Resell Right, etc. Allow people to distribute your product but not allow them to reprint!

2) Do not state and list out clearly allrepparttar 118957 "Rights" involve! State less and do not list out allrepparttar 118958 "Rights" you are selling! Do not mention clearly what arerepparttar 118959 limits, availabilities, do's and don'ts, and other important information that are allowed for each "Right"!

3) Do not grant your "Rights" properly! Do not write down on paper or special section stating that you are granting your "Rights" to your buyers! Let's them sit inrepparttar 118960 dark and do no feel secure with their purchase and selling your products!

4) Sell too many "Rights"! Sell as many "Rights" as you like! Mess up your market and do not think about your buyers, let's them face extreme competitions, having less sales and eventually lost their investment!

5) "Rights" price too high! Charging your "Rights" price very high to earn huge profit yourself! High enough to make your buyers facing difficulty to sell them and do not be able to make profit from marketing them!

"How I Know It's Just A Diversion"

Written by Jim Peters

After 6 years doing business onrepparttar internet I have come torepparttar 118956 conclusion that at least 99% of those who say they are here doing business are in actuality indulging in a minor diversion. Just something to occupy their mind when they find themselves with a bit of spare time. Something to fill those few minutes whenrepparttar 118957 commercials break into their favorite television show. Something to take their mind offrepparttar 118958 real work a day world. Or maybe to fill that day duringrepparttar 118959 week thatrepparttar 118960 bingo hall is closed

What brought me to this conclusion, you may be asking yourself. Well, let me tell ya. This list of "How I Know It's Just A Diversion" items has been growing daily since 1995 when I took my first baby steps ontorepparttar 118961 Internet and intorepparttar 118962 WWW.

The very first thing I noticed were, what have come to be called "Banner Farms". You know, those sites that consist entirely of banners. Usually in 5 or 6 different sizes laid out withoutrepparttar 118963 slightest consideration for aesthetics or even reason. You'll usually see about 30% of them are no longer attached to valid URL's and you have little x's pepperingrepparttar 118964 page.

What disturbs merepparttar 118965 most about these sites is thatrepparttar 118966 owner is actually sitting around somewhere waiting for checks to start pouring in.

The next thing that caught my eye and screamed, "DIVERSION" were those sites in neon colored backgrounds with a font type and color that maderepparttar 118967 pages look like something my dog had regurgitate after eating a box of crayon's. Have you ever gone into a brick and mortar business and hadrepparttar 118968 interior lights ofrepparttar 118969 business burn out your retinas? How aboutrepparttar 118970 signs in type so small you need a ladder to get up close enough to read them. No, you haven't, because they couldn't stay in business.

How aboutrepparttar 118971 ones that ask you to trust them, but have an e- mail address that bounces, or a phone number that's been disconnected. Even better than thatrepparttar 118972 ones that have no contact information at all!! ( actually these guys generally really are in business, repparttar 118973 business of ripping people off )

Then we get torepparttar 118974 really well camouflaged diversions. These actually look like well run business sites. Well laid out, great use of color and design. Contact information everywhere, endorsements from allrepparttar 118975 best business organizations, even a picture ofrepparttar 118976 owner. Wow! This must really be someone that's running a business onrepparttar 118977 internet.
